I was highly disappointed with my stay. The wifi in my room barely worked for 5 minutes before disconnecting, and despite complaining to the front office, no assistance was provided. On top of that, a loud air conditioning unit in the hallway disturbed my peace every night, making it impossible to rest properly.

Excellent hotel with beautiful decor.

Staying at Tribute Portfolio in Jakarta was quite a delightful experience. The room offered a perfect blend of modern amenities and vintage charm, making it feel both cozy and stylish. I loved the rooftop bar. the view of the city was stunning, especially at sunset. The staff was genuinely friendly and offered excellent service—always attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast spread was diverse, featuring both local Indonesian dishes and international favorites. A minor setback was the location. while it was not far from public transport, the immediate area felt somewhat quiet and lacked vibrant nightlife options. This made exploration in the evenings a bit less exciting. Overall, the hospitality shone through, making up for the slightly less lively neighborhood. I look forward to returning to this hidden gem.

The staff were super friendly and always greeted us by name. Our Junior Suite was spotless and comfy. The views from the rooftop are amazing, especially at sunset! Loved hanging out by the pool, but the bar could use more drink options. Overall, a really nice place to unwind.
